Standard Terms: Prepaid plans are honored for up to 6 months from date of invoice unless otherwise stated. Pricing is valid for all services above as a blended rate. Time sheets may be requested by client at any time throughout project lifecycle. NDA and contracts can be signed before scope of work communicated. Payment terms are net 15 until otherwise specified. Travel expenses are paid by client. Maximum liability assumed by 121 Services is equal to estimated time for the specific project. We need access to your version of the software on your site and this access is often provided via VPN with limited rights. Prices are displayed in US Dollars.
